Bio
Dr. Kaley was born in Orlando, Florida and moved to Western North Carolina in 2013 in order to enjoy all FOUR seasons and spend more time outdoors.
Dr. Kaley’s husband and her have 2 kids, and four fur babies, Zoey, Eloise, Noodle and Josh. In her free time, Dr. Lorch enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and trail running. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and making Halloween costumes for her children.

Bio
Dr. Karina was born in Puerto Rico but raised between there and Louisiana.
After graduating, she completed a rotating small animal internship and then an exotic animal internship in Florida. She then moved to North Carolina to practice medicine because of a love for the outdoors and nature.
She currently lives with her fiance, cat (Indy), dog (Lola), and pet snake (Cheesecake). In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and playing video games.
Dr. Carrie Arnett
Bio
Dr. Carrie Arnett is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. She studied veterinary medicine on Prince Edward Island and practiced in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and South Carolina before moving to Asheville with her family. Dr. Arnett loves reading, creative writing and hiking. Her animal family includes two dogs, a cat and a California king snake.
Licensed Nurses
At Mills River Animal Clinic, our team of licensed nurses are here to serve you and your pet. They are educated in anesthesia, chronic diseases, wellness, CPR, dentistry, and more. They also maintain their yearly licensing through continuing education just like our doctors.
Client Services
The Mills River Animal Clinic Client Service Team is here to serve your every need. They work hard to provide clear communication with our clients so they feel confident in the care they are getting, regardless of it they are just here for a nail trim, wellness vist or have a medical emergency.
Support Team
The Mills River Animal Clinic Support Team is comprised of amazingly compassionate people who support our Licensed Vet Techs and Doctors every day. The take part in all our in house continuing education events as well so they stay up to date on all the best medicine.
